A quality personality that is one of the best descriptions of a christian in the workplace is the ability to establish high standards and consistently maintaining that type of performance. It is true that there is no problem in giving the highest quality of service possible at the start of our day, or at the start of our career, or even during the first few days at our new job. But what is also needed is being able to consistently maintain this all throughout our work cycle. It may not seem like an easy task, but it is a challenge that one must overcome if we really need to practice our Christian values. A good motivation for this is to always remember that we do not just work for the company that provides us our salary, not also for ourselves and our personal growth, but for God who has always been very gracious to us.
